How can we promote well being?
Well being is when you don't have any stress and you are comfortable, healthy and happy.
The positives of well being are we will have less stress and that will improve our mental health, we will be more healthier mentally and physically, we will work more productively since our mind doesn't have any stress and our mind will be clear so we can think more critically, we will be happier and we will realize our achievements more because our mind will be more clear.
We can also use well being to help our community by connecting with your community and making new friends, you can become active with your community, you can learn from your community and teach them things since in some communities people from all around the world live there so you can learn about their country and their culture, well being will also help in taking notice around your community, respecting your community and giving charity in your community.
There are different types of well being: Social, spiritual, emotional, environmental, financial, academic, career and physical.
Social well being: Social well being refers to our ability to make and maintain positive relationships and regular contact with other people in our world.
Spiritual well being: Spiritual wellness refers to finding meaning and purpose in life and living in accordance to your values, morals and beliefs.
Emotional well being: Emotional health refers to a person’s ability to cope with day to day life. It includes the way they feel about themselves and how they respond to whatever happens around them.
Environmental well being: Environmental wellness refers to leading a lifestyle that values the relationship between ourselves, our community and the environment.
Financial well being: Financial well being is being able to manage money wisely, stay out of debt, and feel in charge of your finances.
Academic well being:Academic wellness encompasses all things school, time, and graduation. It includes satisfaction in your program, performance in classes, relationships with instructors, and progress toward graduation. Academic wellness can give you a sense of drive and purpose.
Career well being:Occupational (or career) well being refers to feeling good about the work you do. It also includes how you feel about work and whether your career option suits, stimulates and inspires you.
Physical well being: Physical well being is the ability to maintain a healthy quality of life that allows us to get the most out of our daily activities without undue fatigue or physical stress.
Using well being in our daily life will help us be more positive and healthier and it will also help our community.

Environmental well-being is when you take care of the environment and keep them healthy and it can also make you happy and comfortable.
Environmental well-being is important because the trees, flowers and plants won't give us oxygen and we won't survive.
We can promote environmental well-being by watering plants and trees and conserving them and recycling and stopping pollution.
